So far:

  Updated readme file.
  Added "Move capture bars under map" map option.
  Added "Center on selected zone when maximizing" map option.
  Added cursor change when over window border or title bar.
  Changed expired message delay to 30 minutes.
  Improved map player icon tooltips.
  Added red glow to target health bar of map player icon if an enemy player.
  Added enemy player info to name display of map player icon.

  Fixed HUD tracking targeting changes causing addon taint.
  Fixed Watch list grow upwards mode.

 It has to do with enemy players. Taking longer than I thought, since I ended up taking a break from coding this weekend.
