I recently made a new alt and noticed i cannot get carbonite to load up for this alt.  Works fine for my other two characters.    Any ideas?

Is it enabled in the addon screen accessed at the character select screen? Do you get any error messages? Make sure "Display Lua Errors" is on in the "Help" section of the game interface options.

Could be saved variables corruption.

You can try deleting (or renaming) the Carbonite.lua (and .bak) file in WTF/Account//SavedVariables directory. That will reset all your Carbonite settings (window locations, warehouse data, completed quest history) so only do that as a last resort.
