Changes:

  Changed punk detection removal from 60 to 90 seconds.
  Added use of target for punk recording.
  Added class recording for target or mouseover punks.
  Darkened default punk area color and decreased amount of white flashes.
  Added punk level, class, zone and coordinates to punk icon menu Paste Link command.
  Added "Show punk detections in Shattrath" Punk options.
