Every time I relog the Carbonite Quest Log reverts back to the standard WoW quest log. How do I change this? I can't find it in the options.

I press ALT-L by now, also would like to know how

By default, the L key opens the Carbonite Quest window and Alt-L the standard Blizzard quest log.

In the "Quest" page of the Options window, there is a "Open Carbonite quest window using Alt-L" checkbox that reverses those two keys.

Either you checked that by mistake or maybe another addon is interfering with the Quest Window. 

I can not get the Carbonite Quest log to come up using Alt-L or by reversing via menu so L works. Which ever one I choose the default quest window shows up, not the carbonite one.

Are you using any Quest Log enhancing/changing type of addons? I know some of those will break the Carbonite Quest window.

Never had any quest log mod or quest tracker etc. I did evaluate Carbonite by running the version on Curse.com. Could that have any consequences?

The only way I can see the enhanced quest log is to click on a quest in the minimap and select Show Quest Log.

I totally stand corrected, I was using 2 Quest helpin mods. One was to add the quest number, and the other to let me see who in my party has the same quest.

Disabled both of them and now pressing L opens the enhanced quest log.

Sorry, I did not even remember they were there.

Well now you can just go ahead and delete those two other addons - Carbonite can do those by default.
