Hello, I just got my new Druid to level 10 and went to Moonglade to do this quest to learn bear form.  After following Carbonite to the Great Bear Spirit, talking to him, and completing this part of the quest (and my quest watch telling me it is completed), then it shows the quest turn in in the wrong spot.  It tells me that the Great Bear Spirit is the destination for the quest turn in (where I'm already standing to do the quest in the first place) instead of returning to Dendrite Starblaze back in Moonglade.

 Basically... completed this quest, it has wrong end destination, tooltip says "End: Great Bear Spirit (39.1 27.6)"

 It should have Dendrite Starblaze (56.2 30.6) as the end destination
