Rumors have it that the Official release will be sometime in between November 11th and Decemebr 15th, with time closing in quickly, I am wondering what the status of Carbonite will be in the coming months. How are the staff here handling it?

Will there be any website/page posted with official updated news concerning the development of a WotLK Carbonite? (Prior to the day when your forums are flooded with requests for a new client on release day of course =p)

Additionally, As far as I've read, None on your staff have received their beta keys, what is the status of that? I've also read that there are currently no Carbonite versions that work with the beta client.

is there anything you can jurry rig to collect my quest data as I gather it? I'd hate to level all the way to 80 and you miss out on being able to mine that data.

I'm currently downloading and installing the WotLK beta. One of our customers has generously allowed me access to his beta enabled account for testing. I'm hoping to get the initial lua errors fixed in a few days and data collection working. We will do what is necessary to get everything working for the expansion, before it ships.

Information will be posted as we progress through the beta.

All startup Lua errors have been fixed, validation skipped if WotLK beta server detected and the map "M" key fixed. Everything seems to be working normally.

In order to collect quest data, we need to add the new zones to our map tables and test it. This should be done in a few days and will be in the next version. All beta changes have been and should continue to be backwards compatible with the current version of the game, so there should be no need for a separate beta version of Carbonite.

Today a customer donated an extra beta key he had! I won't name him, but he has our gratitude. My main account has been updated. Just waiting on the character transfer.

Great to hear.  Beta user here too and will certainly help test this out when you make the next version abailable (hopefully soon).

In case you misunderstood, we are talking about the next expansion beta keys that Blizzard is sending out. We don't have beta keys to give away. Blizzard beta key opt-In page here.

I have a couple of spare Beta Keys for the admins/creators of Carbonite if required - I just want to see a fully functional Carbonite by the time WotLK goes live :P

 If you guys require some more beta keys, I'm sure you guys can see my details and thus know how to contact me - dont want to put my details in here and get spammed by every random after a beta key.

We have two beta keys now, but could definitely use a third for a new tester that will be starting soon. Email the key to info@carboniteaddon.com and we will put it to good use.

 Another well-traveled WotLK beta player here. Just installed Carbonite (full version) for the first time and I'm finding quite a few minor bugs, but overall it's a nifty piece of work.
