All the call of... quests are fixed in the next release.
The Lunar Festival is a tricky one it that there is one quest but has multiple guys to turn in at (which we currently do not support). If you pick up the quest to talk to the lunar festival guy it will show you where to go. After you use the fireworks the turnin guy is right where you're at. We are going to address the multiple turn-in guys in the future and this will also fix things like the daily BG's where you can turn in at any battlemaster.
