should it be possible to drag the minimap-buttons in the list to an other location? I dont like the auto-sort function.

 I am having the same issue now.  All my minimap buttons disappear except for the carbonite one and it's not draggable that I can find.  I just moved to a new comp though, so maybe that's the issue.

Sounds like the buttons were minimized. The Carbonite minimap button tooltip has "Shift left click toggle minimize". Try that.

Would probably do it as a list of named buttons that you would order.
