I didn't see a meta-post on this subject, I think it would be very useful for players who begin to use Carbonite to know what they can disable right away to make things work fine.

Conflicts. Here are the addons I disabled to get my Carbonite working right:

•  simpleMinimap

Replaces. Here are some addons that I noticed Carbonite replaces outright (update FAQ):

• FuBar_SpeedFu (this means MonkeySpeed etc would be replaced too)
  

And here is an interesting / new category you might consider:

Duplicated Functionality. These addons duplicate the functionality of Carbonite, however they are tightly integrated with the addon in such a way that may still be useful for some users (if you have enough memory and like these other addons otherwise)

• Bagnon Forever (OneBank etc)

 OoO, thanks a bunch for your post. I was using bagnon and carbonite. I guess I kinda new the duplicate functionailty subconsciously? But it didn't register till now lol

I was using bagnon and carbonite.

Honestly I still use both. Carbonite warehouse doesn't give you click access to items (yet) but the cross-character searching is much better than Bagnon Forever.

If you want to save memory, keep Bagnon but remove Bagnon Forever.
