The horde quest "Challenge to the Black Flight (Part 2) [11162]" is not in the database.
As an FYI, I think all the quests I am posting about today are in the mudsprocket/brackenwall area. I don't know if that helps you to see if there are more before I run accross any more. I have found almost all these in the last hour.
