I had seen a topic similar to this one, but I searched and searched, and could not find it again. SO I will just repost the problem I, and a many others are having. 

Whenever I enter a battleground the mini map does not switch to the bg  mini map. It just stays at whatever location I had left, before entering the bg.

Is there any way I can fix this? I run a large collection of other addons, could one of them be conflicting with carbonite's minimap? 

 That was fixed is 1.73. Are you using that version?

I just downloaded 1.731, and it seems to have fixed the problem. However am still not sure what caused it because nothing in the patch notes described a fix for it.

I had been using 1.73, and had the problem, but it stopped happening in 1.731 

That was really a one time problem per battleground anyway. If you middle clicked the map or used the "Show Current Zone" in the "Show..." sub menu of the main map menu or probably having "Follow You" on, then it would show the BG. Since the BG map location and scale saves now, the next time it would use the saved values and work.

In my case it wasn't just 1 time. I had it permanently. I tested the minimap in each bg 3 times. (Spent most of the day doing bgs) And it just didn't want to go away. But it doesn't matter now, because you fixed it. Thanks again for the great work!

I have a slight different problem.

The map as shown below isn't showing at all:

My map is switching to the indoor map but it's only the little version, not the full version as seen above. I tried different settings but I can't a way to get the full version back. What am I doing wrong?

I don't know what you mean. Could you post a screenshot?
 

I seem to be having the problem again. It seems to start whenever I join AV. The screenshot I posted previously is what  the minimap looks like.

(For a while things had been fine, but I had not been doing AV at the time.)

 Did you try hitting "Show current zone" or middle clicking your mouse? Maybe you haven't reset your AV map since you applied the latest version.

I would try that (middle click mouse on map). The position is probably stored at the place you entered the BG from. 

 This seems to fix the problem.. But I have to do it EVERY time I enter AV.
