The tabs of the social window that contain the original blizzard windows are bugged

 I had the same problem with my raid window too and just checked and its back to normal. I think that's becuase I disabled Mobile Frames. Do you have Mobile Frames installed or something like it?

Never seen it look like that. You can try as Ryan suggested. 

 I'm using a frame dragging addon yes, ill just edit the lua of it so it doesnt make the social frames moveable
