I just bought the full version of Carbonite today. I must say it was worth the upgrade. I did run into one problem though. 

 I did my first Wintergrasp today. The map was difficult to read. I will explain as best as possible. The magnification part of the map was overlapping with some of the regular map.  The magnification circle has it's own icons in it. Then right next to it on the unmagnified part(outside the circle), it will have the same icon. Making it appear that there are two towers right next to each other. It is very disorientating. Is there anyway to turn off that magnification circle on the maps?

 The circle you are referring to is the normal Blizzard minimap frame. The zone just needs to be scaled properly, which is on the todo list for the next version.

You could remove the minimap frame by right clicking a non icon area of map, selecting "Options" and unchecking "Move Minimap into Carbonite map (reload required)" in the options window. Click on "Reload" when asked or Log out and back in and it will be changed.
