Most of the quest locations in Icecrown, Northrend are unavailable. I'm back to thottbotting everything! :-( I found that for the few it does have (particulary for questgivers you need to go find) the "?" is in the wrong place.

 I have the same problem, nothing is mapped in Icecrown or Storms Peak, was very disapointed when i found out that they are not mapped, thottbot/questhelper here i come

 Yep, this is REALLY annoying trying to find everything. I thought this was the point of using carbonite to not have to look everything up.

i will not pay for an addon when i can get an addon that cost nothing that will do the same thing.....so carbonite team go go .....

Big database update coming in the next release.  Hopefully Faatal can get it out today.

 I am having the same problem and so is a friend who uses Carbonite. I also have to Thottbot Questgiver locations to find them again. I have also had to use Thottbot due to the wrong location pointed out on the Carbonite map.

 I think the earlier quest areas are polished, but not the latter. A little quest searching doesn't hurt, but I understand the complaint when you are paying for it.

Here is the current changes for 2.52. I'm close to release. Testing starts tonight after I go over any remaining reported bugs.

  Updated hundreds of quests.

  Added CarboniteNodes addon with locations for Herbalism and Mining. Import using Guide page of Options window.
  Changed + before quest name in Quest List when any party members have the quest to (x) for how many have the quest.
  Moved Dalaran zone location so it is just above the City icon in Crystalsong Forest.
  Updated map zone hotspots.
  Added 4 connections between Cyrstalsong Forest and surronding zones.
  Added check for window max width being smaller than normal width and for the opposite case to find/stop map size bug.
  Made Instance map icons larger.

  Fixed map alignment and/or scale problems with Wintergrasp, Sholazar Basin, Crystalsong, Dalaran and Storm Peaks.
  Fixed HUD Arrow text so it shows quest objective from quest not database, so you get localized text. Also shows count.

 Hi, Is the release close? I am questing here now and finding myself alt-tabbing alot to get on thott. I love carbonite but its getting frustrating.

The release that this thread is referring to has already been released - version 2.52. The latest version, 2.54, includes all of these database updates as well as several more. If you're finding problems with the database, first make sure you are using the most recent version, then post any specific database errors in the 'Database / Quest' section of the forums.
