If you sign up and enter the wrong information, rename or transfer your character to a different server, then please send an email to info@carboniteaddon.com describing the problem and telling us your:

Email address (the one you signed up with)
Old character and server names
New character and/or server name

We need your old server and character names to verify you own the account.

We will then update your account and send you an email.

We prefer people send us email for account problems, since other people can see your info in the forums. Email is private.
