We respond to email usually within 24 hours. If you emailed and didn't get a response within 48 hours then that probably means you used an email address that will not accept our emails.
Several times a week people send us emails and when we respond to the email, our email gets rejected by their mail server. This is usually because they mistyped their email address in the contact form or their mail server does not like our email.
We see errors like:
Delivery failed 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
Delivery failed 550 Mail from dynamic/unassigned IP is not accepted
If you don't hear from us, then email again and be sure your email address is correct or use another method of email like a yahoo email account.
