Carbonite Auto Updater programs:

The downloaded file is a program file. Run or double click the CarboniteUpdater.exe file to start the program.

It does not have a digital signature, so the warning you may see is normal.

You may get an error message if you are not running it as an administrator.

Once started, a window will open and it will automatically check the Carbonite website for the current version number and compare it to the version you have installed in the "Install:" edit field. The log area will show the version number found and if newer than the one you have installed.

You will need to fill in your Carbonite website Sign In information in the Email and Password edit boxes.

The "Start Update" button will sign in, download and install the latest version from the website.
The "Start Game" button will lauch the program in the "Start:" edit box.

The "Auto" checkbox next to the Start Update button if checked will automatically do an update if a newer version is found.
The "Auto" checkbox next to the Start Game button if checked will automatically start the game after the version check and any new version is installed.
The auto checkboxes will be unchecked if you are holding the shift key down when the updater starts.
